Crain’s New York Business has announced its 11th annual ‘Best Places to Work in New York City’ list, and FIRST is delighted to be recognized for the sixth time. FIRST attended Crain’s awards luncheon on December 6th at the Roosevelt Hotel, where FIRST was officially ranked 11th on the Top 100 List this year in the large-business category.
The list identifies organizations spanning a range of industries from finance and tech to events and engineering, all sharing a commitment to creating a supportive, collegial, and empowering workplace. Crain’s and Best Companies Group work in conjunction to survey more than 20,000 employees working in the five boroughs and name the top companies based on areas including working conditions, benefits, and corporate culture.
FIRST is honored to be on the list again, and it speaks to our one-of-a-kind company culture that empowers our people to be who they are and do their best work. Our CEO, Maureen Ryan Fable, has taught us to love what we do, have fun, and take care of ourselves and each other… and the sky is the limit in terms of what the fun may be!
