FIRST Appoints Wendy MacDonald as Chief of Staff

FIRST strengthens the leadership team to drive corporate governance and strategic initiatives.

London, England, Wednesday 8th November 2023 – FIRST, a leading global brand experience agency, has announced the appointment of Wendy MacDonald as Chief of Staff.

With over 20 years of global experience, MacDonald will utilize her expertise to focus on corporate governance while working to shape strategic initiatives and streamline internal processes at FIRST. This newly created role underscores the agency’s commitment to enhancing its organizational efficiency and strategic capabilities with a continued focus on sustainable business practices.

MacDonald came to FIRST in 2018 in a consultancy role. Before joining FIRST, she held key leadership positions including, Vice President at American Express, where she managed an international team responsible for partner launches in EMEA and served as AMEX Relationship Director for Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club.
