CHALLENGE

Position SWIFT as the leader in the future of finance and attract and engage the largest number of delegates to Sibos, the world’s leading financial services event.

APPROACH

Partnering with SWIFT, our approach was to position attendees at the heart of the immersive Sibos journey, featuring a high-tech, futuristic design showcasing industry innovations in a dynamic way.

From conception to conclusion, FIRST had overall responsibility for all conference production elements. From the “bold, vibrant, audacious, creative and flawless” opening sequence featuring choreographed dancers, kinetic lighting and emotive visual effects, to the ‘in-the-round’ style conference room which positioned the speakers at the heart of the audience and the prominent digital signage throughout the venue and in key London locations, FIRST fostered an environment where the future of the financial industry was being shaped.

SOLUTION HIGHLIGHTS

Sibos TV: To extend the experience beyond the live event, a branded recording studio, ‘Sibos TV’, was created. This channel provided previews and wrap-ups of the event, as well as special TV reports and onsite talks; all recorded from the onsite studio and broadcasted online through dedicated social media channels including YouTube and the Sibos website.

Sibos Podcasts: Attendees engaged and connected to content leading up to the event, with the first ever Sibos Podcast series.

Spotlight Stage: The Spotlight stage featured short sessions in quick succession from up and coming industries, including digital security and financial social responsibly.
