Sibos 2022

CHALLENGE

Deliver the most sustainable Sibos to date with a celebration of the world’s premier financial services event for a hybrid, 4-day international conference in Amsterdam, and just 6 months lead time (vs 12 months for previous events).

APPROACH

Having partnered with Swift since 2019, FIRST utilized its strong network of suppliers and teams to build an engaging hybrid experience. From stage set (build & design), live streaming and on-demand content, FIRST elevated the production for in-person and remote attendees, while providing a VIP experience for speakers.

SOLUTION

Focusing on the user experience, we built, produced and managed an exciting 4-day experience at the RAI Amsterdam.

  • Pre, during & post event design and production for exhibitors and speakers
  • Produced opening video highlighting the “Hello Again” theme, welcoming the audience together with powerful messaging
  • 40 designers/video producers to live produce & edit content on-demand
  • Produced Sibos TV, a broadcast-quality channel live-streamed from an on-site custom designed studio
  • Supported 550+ speakers with a Lounge and access to presentation designers, speaking coaches and content experts.
  • Maximized sustainability measures throughout.
