FMCNA Virtual Kickoff 2021

CHALLENGE

For their annual Kickoff Meeting, Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) looked to FIRST to help communicate their 2021 goals and prepare company executives for the future. FIRST was also tasked with ensuring unparalleled production in the virtual space.

APPROACH

With increased requirements for an elevated production experience, FIRST worked to provide flexibility for all speakers involved. This featured 4 separate green screen studios and professional crew shoots around the country including Hawaii and Sante Fe, and 80+ separate remote records to capture content with over 60 C-level and executive speakers. Championing attendee engagement, FIRST looked to utilize a bespoke, fully brandable virtual platform to bring the experience and all of its content streams to life.

SOLUTION

With content captured over 5 days, FIRST designers and video editors got to work on bringing it all together under the 2021 brand along with creating 6+ custom supporting videos. The platform allowed for exploration between sessions while also including a networking hub for attendees to chat.

 

Results

FMCNA successfully delivered their message to nearly 900 colleagues and leaders within the organization

Virtual attendance averaged 811 on each of the three days

Over 93% of attendees were satisfied/very satisfied with the content and its delivery

Over 89% of attendees rated communications in the lead up to the event as 8/10 or higher

Over 85% of attendees ranked the online platform experience as 8/10 or higher
