FIRST is looking forward to welcoming you as one of the very first to step inside The Newman London – a new landmark in Fitzrovia, not due to open to the public until late 2025 / early 2026.

The Newman offers beautifully designed accommodation, a modern European brasserie, a bar, event spaces, and a spa with Nordic-inspired wellness facilities.

How do I get there?
The closest tube stations are Goodge Street (a 5-minute walk), Tottenham Court Road (a 5-minute walk), and Oxford Circus (a 10-minute walk).
Is there a cloakroom?
Should you wish to leave any possessions safely out of the way before the tour, a member of the FIRST team will be on hand to assist.
Is there a dress code?
Please arrive however you feel most comfortable.
What should I do if I’m running late?
