Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Must reside in the tri state area to be able to go into office 3 days per week, but subject to change at any time to 5 days in office.
What You Would Get To Do:
In this capacity, the ideal candidate would represent the FIRST brand as an implant at one of our Solutions accounts within a leading investment bank. The Junior Roadshow Coordinator will organize logistics, prepare schedules for Corporate Access management teams and consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent organizational and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating logistics and schedules for corporate management teams, particularly within the financial sector. This role is well-suited for someone with a background in corporate event planning in a financial environment who is eager to continue expanding their expertise.
Your Contributions
- Responsible for all planning and execution related to sector specific (non-deal and/or deal) roadshows, field trips, conference calls
- Heavy logistic coordination including, but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, private air, commercial air, venue contracting and management, food & beverage
- Calendar management and meeting coordination for investors, internal teams and corporates
- Effective management of budgets and expense reconciliation
- Direct contact and coordination with Corporate management teams as well Internal Sales, Research, and Corporate Access
- Multitask to balance client demands while navigating concurrent events
- Assist with managing weekly/monthly event reporting to be shared with management
- Remain professional, responsive and polite in challenging circumstances
- Adapt to a changing environment and respond accordingly
- Minimal travel required for on-site programs
- Maintaining onboarding/training documents with the most up to date information
- Support with ad-hoc projects as required
- Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)
What We Are Looking For
- 1-2+ years of professional experience in Roadshows, events, administrative work, marketing and/or communications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Highly organized – ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to effectively interact will all levels of senior ranking officers

United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
