Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) Must reside in the tri state area to be able to go into office.
This is a Fixed Term full-time position through mid-September 2025. Further exploration of the continuation of the role will be assessed based on business needs, candidate skills, and experience.
What You Would Get To Do:
In this capacity, the ideal candidate would represent the FIRST brand as an implant at one of our Solutions accounts within a leading investment bank. The Roadshow Associate will sit within the Marketing Events team, and organize logistics, prepare schedules for Corporate Access management teams and consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent organizational and customer service skills. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in the corporate event planning and financial environment and is looking to continue to grow their knowledge.
Your Contributions
- Responsible for planning and executing non-deal roadshows, field trips, group meetings and virtual events across all sectors [KS1]
- Heavy logistic coordination including, but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, private air, commercial air.
- Calendar management and meeting coordination for investors, internal teams and corporates
- Effective budget management and expense reconciliation
- Direct contact and coordination with Corporate management teams as well internal Sales, Research, and Corporate Access
- Multitask to balance client demands while navigating concurrent events, managing a high volume of requests, and ability to prioritize and escalate as needed
- Maintaining systems with all programs and database of investors and diligently enter relevant information with the most up-to-date Roadshow information
- Collaborating with the team throughout the lifecycle of planning, execution and post program review providing feedback for improvements
- Assist with regular event reporting and manage ad hoc requests as needed
- Remain professional, responsive, and polite in circumstances
- Adapt to a changing environment and respond accordingly
- On-site for programs in New York City, minimal travel required outside of NYC
- Maintaining onboarding/training documents with the most up to date information
- Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)

- 2-3 + years’ Roadshow or small meetings experience, heavy administrative support, and/or meeting coordination required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access
- Working knowledge of Dealogic / Event Manager a plus
- Strong Project Management experience, preferably in the financial services industry or a corporate environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ownership of projects
- Highly organized with the ability to work in a high-pressured environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels
- Strong client management skills with the ability to influence and lead by example, fostering a positive environment
- Adaptability to situations and ever-changing demands
- Accessible and responsive at off-hour times (tasks and requests by client often happen outside of normal business hours- must be available to respond accordingly)
- Client-centric, approachable, ability to adjust to client needs and style and deepen relationships in support of their business and programs; adapt to ever-changing demands and different client work styles

Administration & General:
- Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
- Strict and accurate adherence to company’s time tracking policies and systems
- Work efficiently and ensure Team Leader is informed of any issues that may impact productivity
- Build excellent relations with team through positive communications
- Ensure knowledge is shared within the team to enable them to work smarter and more efficiently
- Work on ad hoc requests as required, typically during quiet times
United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 - $90,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
