Location: Onsite in Jersey City, NJ office (minimum 2 days a week)
This full-time position offers the opportunity to support a range of top-tier FIRST clients on an assigned basis, allowing the employee to leverage their skills and experience in alignment with the organization's business needs.
What You Would Get To Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with administrative experience who can assist with the Project Management of key Audit and Compliance-related tasks currently managed by the events team. This role is ideal for a seasoned candidate with experience handling multiple projects at once, dealing with high-level clients, and driving process and procedure. Should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with quick turn-around times to meet client deadlines. A background in events would be a plus, or any field where data analytics, process and/or compliance may be involved.
The ideal candidate will have advanced capabilities as it relates to data and spreadsheets, superior attention to detail and Microsoft Excel skills, proficient computer/Microsoft Office Suite skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your Contributions
- Conduct Ongoing Audit of Project Files conveying results and confirming adherence to timelines
- Conduct Ongoing Audits of client’s internal Spend Management System regarding accuracy, consistency and documentation
- Assist with Annual Audit and updates of Events Team process and protocols
- Assist with putting additional checks and balances in place for Best Practices as it relates to the broader Event/Finance/Legal and Audit groups
- Learn and understand priorities from Audit, Compliance and internal and external regulators to help create and monitor team activity
- Familiar with and lead on all topics associated with anti-bribery, corruption, gifting and entertainment limitations, as it pertains to legal policies and client practices
- Attend Monthly Governance Calls with the client Event team
- Communicate with and train Event Management team members on anti-bribery/corruption best practices and assist with troubleshooting and challenges with any guidelines
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Maintain the company’s standard operating procedures
- Manage other Ad hoc projects as requested and as needs arise
- Act as an ambassador for the FIRST brand, leading by example and displaying the company’s core values (Ambition, Creativity, Excellence, Integrity, Teamwork)

United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
