Job Location: Jersey City, NJ (hybrid - 3x a week in office, subject to change to 5 days at any time)
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a proven background managing executive-level client experiences at premier sporting events.. This role will oversee VIP suites, ticketing programs, and high-touch client experiences that require impeccable attention to detail and delivery of white-glove service for C-suite executives and senior leaders.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external venues, and vendors to ensure flawless execution of marquee hospitality events that align with the Firm’s strategic client engagement goals. Limited domestic travel may be required.
Your Contributions:
Executive Hospitality & Ticketing
- Manage hospitality suites and ticket allocations for major sports and entertainment events.
 - Oversee end-to-end client experience, ensuring seamless logistics and an elevated, white-glove service standard for C-suite guests.
 - Partner with venues, vendors, and ticketing teams to manage allotments, suite build-outs, food & beverage, and client gifting.
 
Event & Program Management
- Lead planning and execution of executive hospitality programs tied to marquee events.
 - Coordinate travel, hotel, and premium hospitality logistics for clients and executives.
 - Support budget tracking, vendor contracts, and invoice management through internal systems.
 - Create and manage event communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and on-site client support.
 
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with internal business partners, ticketing teams, and external venues.
 - Serve as a polished, professional point of contact for executive guests.
 - Contribute creative ideas to enhance the Firm’s hospitality offerings.

- 5–7 years’ experience in sports & entertainment hospitality with direct responsibility for executive/VIP clients.
 - Demonstrated experience managing hospitality suites and ticketing programs at major sporting events required
 - Track record of providing white-glove service to C-suite executives.
 - Strong vendor/venue management skills and familiarity with sports/entertainment environments.
 - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
 - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
 - Willingness to travel domestically as required.
 - Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player
 - Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever-changing demands
 - Ambitious and proactive
 - Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
 - Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

United States Residents: The base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
