FIRST Participating in British American Business Forum on “Winning in the Talent Ring”

FIRST will serve on a panel for the British American Business Council SME Forum on “Fighting Smarter: Winning in the Talent Ring” on October 3.

The topic will explore how, with more resources at their disposal, multinational organizations pose major threats to small businesses and startups when it comes to finding the right people. The discussion will center on how small businesses compete with multinationals for top talent, and how they can leverage their size to attract and retain the right candidates.
