We’re thrilled to be recognized once again on Event Marketer’s Top 100 It List: the guide to the best agencies in the event and brand experience industry.

FIRST has been telling brand stories for 25 years and is proudly still independently owned and run. We create and execute award-winning brand experiences for our clients across the globe.

How? We do it with: with over 540 employees; across 26 cities; with 5 international hubs.

This has allowed us to collaborate with over 130 brands and deliver 9,000+ experiences globally, just in the last year alone! And given the year that just was, we’re thrilled to share that this figure is UP from the 5,000+ events and roadshows we produced pre-pandemic.

2020 challenged us all to look within at who we are and who we want to be. 

After a year of transition for our industry and for many of our clients, and with our people at the forefront of our mind, we shared a reimagined FIRST. We started 2021 adding another chapter to our story and refining who we are at our core, refreshing our brand identity and relaunching 5 key expanded offerings: Content, Creative, Digital Technology, Management & Delivery, and Data & Insights. To support our revitalized business proposition, not only did we introduce key new roles to the FIRST family, but we also created whole new departments to further our rate of growth; support existing teams, and invest in innovative ways of thinking. Through this transformation, our clients continue to trust us to deliver excellence, innovation and, perhaps most importantly, guidance.

From our 25 years of expertise, the continued trust of our clients and the strength of our global teams, 2021 has seen us boldly and seamlessly execute the seemingly impossible just 12 months ago: We guided one of our largest clients back to the world of in-person meeting with the biggest events in New York’s Battery Park Conservancy’s history to celebrate their Return To Office; over the course of 5 weeks we took over 165 delegates on an in-person, covid-free incentives trip to Croatia; and we have taken to the global, virtual stage as trusted industry thought leaders to blaze a trail of best practice for the ‘phygital world’ and share our insights to help guide others… to name but a few highlights!
