Over her twenty-year tenure as the organization leader, Maureen has invested in people first to deepen and grow both existing and new relationships while creating opportunities for growth. Since Maureen’s appointment as Group CEO in 2018, she directed the strategic acquisition of three agencies and grew the team to the 750+, with new locations worldwide. She expanded the business into the market and established what is now the agency’s most profitable region, the Americas.

Maureen also navigated FIRST through the effects of the pandemic on the events industry by creating a new global working model to integrate skill sets. She led and empowered the team to expand its offering into digital and hybrid experiences and launch a refreshed brand to better fit the new climate.

In the past year alone, she introduced 13 new key senior leadership roles, retained 100% of clients year over year, formed a new Global Executive Leadership Team and Global Creative Studio, acquired nine major accounts, and collaborated with over 130 brands, delivering 9,000+ brand experiences globally.
