Maureen is fiercely compassionate, unendingly loyal, and never lacking in integrity. She leads with empowerment and a tremendous passion for creativity and innovation. With 30 years of experience in the events industry and 16 years in leadership at FIRST, she has led our team through exponential growth, with a focus on delivering award-winning brand experiences for our clients. Through and through, Maureen’s biggest accomplishment has always been creating opportunities, whether it be growing the team to almost 400, or seeing individuals’ personal growth flourish throughout the years.
