Following our recent announcement of Tamsyn Barker’s appointment as Global Head of Sustainability here at FIRST, we’re thrilled to present the inaugural sustainability report for FIRST, highlighting our progress in 2023 towards becoming a more sustainable and responsible business. While our journey is ongoing, and we realize sustainability is about constantly improving, we’re incredibly proud of the strides we’ve made.

Looking ahead, our vision is clear: sustainability is a priority. We are energized by our ongoing journey toward achieving B Corp Status—a symbol of excellence in social and environmental impact, accountability, and transparency. This milestone will stand as a testament to our dedication to leaving the world better than we found it.

Our carbon reduction plan will also delve deep into our supply chain, unlocking new insights and creating innovative solutions to reduce our footprint.
