We are excited to announce the appointment of Tamsyn Barker as Global Head of Sustainability here at FIRST.
Since her appointment as Managing Director for APAC back in 2019, Tamsyn has been responsible for leading the Asia-Pacific region and driving business growth internationally. For the past few years, Tamsyn has led our internal global ESG committee, Paramount, spearheading our focus and commitment to sustainability and working towards our B Corp certification.
In her newly added role as Global Head of Sustainability, Tamsyn will continue to lead our efforts in sustainability and head up the FIRST Paramount team. With this new official appointment, we make another step forward in our journey to create lasting, positive impacts for our clients, our people, and the planet.
Tamsyn will continue to focus on her management and leadership responsibilities for the APAC region, while also spearheading our renewed commitment to making FIRST more sustainable globally.
This new appointment comes alongside the release of our FIRST inaugural sustainability report, highlighting our progress in 2023 towards becoming a more sustainable and responsible business.
