FIRST is honored to be ranked 17 on Crain’s 100 Best Places to Work in New York City 2017. This is the fourth time FIRST made the list. The numerical rankings were announced at an awards luncheon on December 1. The rankings were published online and in the Dec. 4 issue of Crain’s New York Business.
Finalists on the list represent a variety of industries throughout New York, from events to fintech to eCommerce. The top 100 New York companies go above and beyond just culture, to nurture inspiring and supportive workplaces. Crain’s 2017 list of Best Places to Work in New York City recognizes the firms that went the extra mile for their employees.
The process for the Best Places to Work in New York City includes a two-part assessment, which gathers detailed data about each participating company. In part one, the employer completes a questionnaire and in part two, employees of the company complete an employee survey.
