FIRST delivered Prudential's Investor Conference in London, with the goal of creating an environment where delegates felt they were in safe hands investing in Prudential’s global portfolio. This ethos needed a visual representation that was clear, focused on the organisation’s global presence and embodied security. To bring this to life the theme ‘windows on the world’ was created. This carried through all pre-event communications, the onsite environment, conference content and post event messaging.
By creating actual 'windows' in the set design, delegates were given a bird's eye view of the global investment portfolios being showcased. Each presentation opened with a short visual sting highlighting the region to engage the audience’s attention and bring forward the next presentation, before settling on a subtle moving visual of the destination. The environment created ensured delegates were immersed in Prudential’s global story.
In addition to the theme, event branding, content creation, environment design and technical production, FIRST provided full event logistics and delegate management.
