Chief People Officer Jeanelle Beach has been recognized by Crain’s New York ‘Notable Women in Talent Resources.’


The 62 women featured on Crain’s New York’s list are impressive leaders selected for their accomplishments, mentorship skills, and community involvement.

Jeanelle Beach has been a vital leader of the FIRST team for seven years. She initially operated as a one-person HR team in Americas before expanding to cover EMEA and APAC markets, and oversight of a full People & Culture team of nearly 20.

In the last 18 months, Jeanelle led the renaming of the department from Human Resources to People & Culture, to better reflect our vision, and align with our focus on our most important asset: our people. As a result of her performance metrics, leadership, and unique gravitas, Jeanelle was promoted to Chief People Officer in January 2019, a new role created to oversee the human resource management function within FIRST globally.
